Cartel Launches a Catering Program

Last July, we launched a brand new culinary program, providing a cohesive and delicious selection of baked items to all six Arizona Cartel locations. Recently, the program has expanded to offer house-made salads, vegetable plates, cup snacks, and quiche

 

The growth of the program is far from slowing down—Cartel’s Director of Culinary Operations, Casey Hopkins, has developed a comprehensive catering menu complete with year-round offerings, holiday specials, and of course, coffee offerings. In addition to our full selection of pastries, customers can make large catering orders for unique desserts like a Maple Hazelnut "Not-tella" Pie or Pear & Cranberry Custard Pie. The menu also boasts a few savory options, such as large salads, Thanksgiving sides, full pans of cornbread, and trays of cinnamon rolls to name a few. See the full menu here.


Customers can begin placing their catering orders for Thanksgiving on November 1st for pickup on November 27th at our Tempe Maple-Ash location. Send an email to catering@cartelcoffeelab.com with any questions and to place your very first Cartel Catering order.
