Shipping and Return Terms

If an order is received by 2pm it will be processed and roasted the following business day. We will then ship your coffee on the third business day. 

If an order is received after 2pm, it will be processed and roasted in 2 business days and shipped on the following day. 

We ship Monday-Friday, except holidays. We suggest that you only purchase enough coffee to last you up to 2 weeks from the Roast (ship) Date.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Cartel Coffee Lab does not guarantee the arrival time of a package. Once we relinquish our coffee to USPS and FedEx, it is beyond our control. We can, however, assist you to track your package and help ensure that you do receive the freshly roasted coffee.

We do not accept returns.
