Everything we do, from sourcing to roasting to brewing, is done with a value for transparency, education, and craftsmanship. We roast in the open at our flagship store. We publish our ratios and brewing parameters.
We want our customers to know where their coffee came from –– how it was produced and by whom. We want to teach them about how we brewed their coffee and help them to create a coffee bar at home.
And we want to maintain conscientious focus in everything we do.
